Leadership Institute (Youth)

The TEEM Leadership Institute (TLI) is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, making it distinct from TEEM Leadership and the TEEM Players Network. Our mission is to transform the lives of at-risk youth between the ages of 12 and 21. Our focus is helping children with incarcerated parents, but we also extend our services to adjudicated youth, foster youth, and youth from low-income neighborhoods and Title I schools.

We are currently building a comprehensive website to share more about our impact, board members, partners, dedicated supporters, and our incredible volunteers who have even been recognized with awards from the United States President and AmeriCorps.

In the meantime, you can still donate to our cause and make a tax-deductible contribution that will directly help us empower disadvantaged youth and children of the incarcerated with scholarships, educational and cultural trips, clothing, holiday celebrations, and free courses.
